What's in your photo album

I know this isn't book related, but I was tagged by Jessica from A Booklover's Diary in a photo meme and this seemed like fun. So...The rules are this: 1. Go to the first photo album on your computer; 2. Go to the 10th picture; 3. Post the picture and tell a story about it; and 4. Tag more people and let them know.

Arica, Pooh Bear, & me

This picture was taken on my 20th birthday. My friend Arica and I decided to take a few days off from work since it was the holiday season and we worked at a kids surf/skate shop at the mall. Luckily, I was a supervisor and was able to schedule our days off at the same time. Anyway, we're both Disneyland freaks and decided that we both needed a Dland fix. We spent the night up in Anaheim so we can wake up early and have plenty of time for both theme parks. Because we had so much fun...a month later six of us from the store decided to take another weekend trip up to Dland. It was a fun 20th birthday...Disneyland in December with the fake snow is always fun...especially when you can end the night with the pretty fireworks : )

Oh, and the most memorable part of this trip was when we went to take a picture with Woody from Toy Story. He grabbed my little autograph book we were making for our friend Evan and wrote in it asking me if I went to RBHS. Weird...I still have no idea who was in that costume...hmmmm

Anyways, I tag...

  1. That really does sound memorable. :) I love Dland, but both parks in one day?! Wow, that's quite the feat.

Thanks for participating! I love the pic and story. :)

  2. I will definitely do this as soon as I have time. I started back at work, and it is kicking my ass.

I have never been to Disneyland. Sad. I want to go and see all the princesses and act like a little girl. And I want to hug them all, (not just the princesses, but every character I come across), even though many of them probably hate that...

  3. Jessica...I'm a pro at Dland...I would go so many times a year...Sometimes once a week...hehehehehe

Misty...the characters are always fun to talk too...well, the ones that are allowed to talk to you. But the majority of the workers there usually love to have conversations with the visitors...they are filled w/ so much disney info. My friends and I like to see if there is a question they can't answer. And if they can't answer it...they will make a phone call to give you the answer.
